Associate Membership

For residents-in-training

Currently enrolled in a PUA-recognized Urology residency program
Letter of endorsement from training program director
Copy of medical diploma

Fellow Membership

For subspecialty-trained urologists

Board-certified in Urology
Completed fellowship training in a recognized urologic subspecialty
Active clinical practice
Fellowship certificate and curriculum vitae

Regular Membership

For practicing urologists

Board-certified by PBU (Philippine Board of Urology)
Valid PRC license
Active clinical practice in the Philippines
Two letters of recommendation from PUA members
